Regional Austrian tradition meets Mediterranean influence. The menu follows the seasons and draws on produce from the estate's own garden alongside regional suppliers in Lower Austria.
The approach centres on ingredient quality, craft preparation, and what is actually growing this week — rather than a fixed year-round card.
Café & Terrace
A pause within the park
Alongside the restaurant, the in-house café serves homemade pastries and ice-cream specialities — a place for an afternoon coffee within the grounds.
In summer the terrace becomes the preferred room: a direct view of the castle park and the panorama of the 7-hectare estate.
